Initial Service Capabilities and Pricing
The service initially focuses on essential communication and navigation tools. Users can send text messages and utilize popular applications such as WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, and Google Maps. Additionally, access to weather tools is included in the initial feature set.
Virgin Media O2 is offering this satellite connectivity as an add-on service, priced at £3 per month. This pricing strategy aims to make the expanded coverage accessible to a broad range of customers.
